Personal Interviews

If you have experience with the Pennsylvania partner notification system, we want to hear from you. Participants will be asked to complete a 45-minute interview over zoom with a member of the team to talk about their opinions and experiences related to the PA-DOH, partner notification, their diagnosis journey, and the resources that helped or hurt their experience.

You may be eligible if:

  • You’ve received a call from the PA-DOH about a sexual partner’s HIV, syphilis, or monkeypox diagnosis

    OR

  • You tested positive for HIV, syphilis, or monkeypox

  • You are 18 years or older

All of your information will remain completely confidential if you decide to participate or just want to hear more. All participants will be compensated for their time and contributions.

Interested in interviewing?

Community Leader Interviews

Community leaders and advocates are also invited to complete a 45-minute interview to share stories of their service and advocate for the needs of their community.

You may be eligible if:

  • You work with a community or group of people at increased risk for the spread of STIs or HIV

    OR

  • You provide sexual health education, resources, or advocacy to your community.

  • You are 18 years or older

Examples of eligible organizations may include youth outreach, domestic violence prevention and support organizations, or minority and marginalized community resources. All of your information will remain completely confidential if you decide to participate or just want to hear more. All participants will be compensated for their time and contributions.

Interested in interviewing?

Community Collaborative

Community partnership and involvement is key to successful design and the positive change that this project aims for. Community leaders and members of community organizations are invited to join the team and be an active part of project development, data analysis, and program design. All participants are eligible to receive payment to themselves or their organization for their contributions.

If your organization works with a community or group of people who may experience spread of STIs or HIV, or work toward sexual health education and prevention, we encourage you to reach out.

Examples of eligible organizations may include youth outreach, domestic violence prevention and support organizations, or minority and marginalized community resources.
